5. Ticket Purchases and Event Access

5.1 Ticket Sales

Tickets to NextGen Expo events are sold subject to availability. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. Tickets are personal to the purchaser and may not be resold or transferred without our prior written consent.

5.2 Event Access

Admission to NextGen Expo events is subject to compliance with event rules and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the event for any reason, including violation of event policies, disruptive behavior, or security concerns. Refunds will not be provided for removal from an event due to violation of event policies.

5.3 Event Changes

We reserve the right to modify event schedules, exhibitors, speakers, and activities without prior notice. In the event of significant changes or event cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders and provide appropriate remedies, which may include refunds or alternative accommodations.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. NextGen Expo does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NextGen Expo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

In no event shall NextGen Expo's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Services or one hundred Australian dollars (AUD $100), whichever is greater.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, in accordance with the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
